Refund policy
Thank you for supporting Ethic Records. We take great pride in the quality of our physical vinyl records and merchandise. Because our vinyl releases are manufactured in limited, specialized runs, we enforce the following return and cancellation policies:
1. Physical Vinyl Records & Media

Defects & Damage: If your vinyl record arrives physically damaged or possesses a verified manufacturing playback defect, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear proof of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement copy of the record only in a white or black record sleeve from our retail stock.

General Returns: Due to the limited nature of our pressings, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for vinyl records if the original shrink-wrap or protective packaging has been opened, or if the customer changes their mind after shipment.
2. Digital Downloads & Media

All sales of digital music downloads, audio tracks, or digital products are final and non-refundable once the download link has been generated or accessed.
3. Cancellations

Order cancellation requests must be submitted before the items enter the shipping and fulfillment pipeline. Once a tracking number has been generated or the package has been handed to the carrier, the order can no longer be canceled.
